Your game. Your data. A clear explanation.

How Gridora handles local saves, purchases, advertising and diagnostics.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

At a glance

No Gridora account is required. Progress and coins are stored on your device. Analytics, diagnostics, ads and purchases involve external services.

Gridora (the “App”) is developed and operated by Vladyslav Boiko, a registered individual entrepreneur (ФОП) in Ukraine. HexioLab is the brand name used for the App. References to “HexioLab”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this individual entrepreneur, the data controller.

This policy covers the Gridora mobile app and these support pages.

Information we process

Information comes from your use of the app, information you send to support, and purchase or advertising records supplied by service providers. The app and its integrated services collect technical and usage information automatically when the relevant features operate.

On your device

Gridora stores puzzle progress, settings, language, coin and hint balances, reward history, and purchase records used to prevent duplicate grants. There is no Gridora cloud-save service. Device backup services may separately include app data according to your device settings.

Gameplay and analytics

We collect app and installation identifiers, device and app information, language, sessions, gameplay progress and interactions, virtual-currency activity, and purchase and advertising activity. We use this information to understand how the game is used and improve it. Analytics records are not a backup of your progress or wallet.

Crashes and diagnostics

Our diagnostics providers process crash reports, error details, installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, app versions and the game activity associated with an error. This helps us investigate failures and improve reliability.

Advertising

Advertising partners and consent services process information needed to display ads, record privacy choices, measure delivery and prevent fraud. Depending on platform and privacy settings, this includes device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app information, ad interactions and diagnostic information.

Purchases

The app store processes checkout and payment details; we do not receive your full card details. Purchase verification providers process transaction and customer identifiers, proof of purchase, product details and purchase ownership status. Purchase activity is also used for sales reporting.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords or full payment details.

This website

These pages do not include analytics or advertising trackers. Website delivery may involve processing IP addresses, browser information and access times by the hosting provider.

Why we use it

  • Operate the game, save progress and deliver purchased or earned items.
  • Verify purchases, restore eligible ownership and prevent duplicate rewards or fraud.
  • Understand game usage, improve level balance and diagnose crashes.
  • Display ads, manage applicable ad privacy choices and measure performance.
  • Answer support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information needed to deliver requested purchases and support to perform our agreement with you; information needed for security, fraud prevention and service improvement for our legitimate interests, subject to your rights; and records required by law to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately. Reading or using this policy does not constitute consent.

Service providers

We share information relevant to the purposes above with these categories of recipients:

  • Analytics and diagnostics providers that measure use and help investigate errors.
  • Advertising and consent partners that deliver ads, record choices and measure performance.
  • App stores and purchase verification providers that process payments and manage purchase ownership.
  • Hosting and communications providers that deliver these pages and support correspondence.

Gridora uses Google Analytics to collect and process usage information. Google also processes information in connection with advertising. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services for more information.

Providers may act on our behalf or, for some purposes such as store payments, under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable data-protection obligations.

Information may be processed outside your country, including in countries with different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, these may include an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.

Choices and rights

Advertising privacy options appear in Settings when the consent service requires them. Device-level privacy settings may also limit certain advertising identifiers. Buying Remove Ads does not turn off analytics or diagnostics.

Analytics and crash reporting are currently enabled by default. Gridora does not provide a dedicated in-game analytics opt-out switch. Ad privacy controls do not automatically disable analytics.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing, or complain to a data-protection authority. Email to make a request. We may need limited information to identify relevant records and verify the request. We do not have an account directory that automatically connects your email to an installation identifier. We will explain if we cannot identify records from the information available. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful restriction or refusal.

Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove your local progress and coins, subject to device backup behavior. It does not automatically erase records already held by providers. Contact us to request deletion of information processed on our behalf. Information held independently by an app store may require a separate request to that store. See data and privacy support.

Retention and security

Local saves remain until removed, replaced or lost with device data. Analytics and crash records are retained under the configured retention periods of the services involved, for usage analysis and troubleshooting. Support and purchase-related records are retained for as long as needed to resolve requests, verify purchases, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the purpose, the nature of the record and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, its deletion or irreversible anonymization is governed by the applicable retention arrangements. Contact us for information about retention or deletion of records relating to you.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Children and families

Gridora does not require players to submit a name, email or birth date to play. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and review device privacy controls. We restrict advertising requests for child and under-age treatment and general-audience ad content. These restrictions do not stop the analytics and diagnostics described above.

A parent or guardian may request access to or deletion of their child’s personal information, or ask us to stop its further collection or use, by contacting with the subject “Gridora child privacy request.” We may need information to verify parental authority and identify the relevant records. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. We will explain any information we must retain by law and any effect the request has on the services we can provide.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required.
