A few ground rules for play.

Using Gridora

Gridora is provided by Vladyslav Boiko, a registered individual entrepreneur (ФОП) in Ukraine (“we”, “us” and “our”).

These terms describe the conditions for using Gridora and supplement the applicable app-store license and purchase terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or guardian must authorize your use and any purchases. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The game

Gridora is a sliding puzzle game with progression, hints, extra moves and virtual coins. Features, levels and offers may change as the game develops.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app lawfully under these terms and applicable store rules. Do not interfere with the service, manipulate purchase or reward verification, or copy and distribute the app’s protected content except as permitted by law.

Prices and purchases

Checkout is handled by Apple or Google. Review the final price, currency and any applicable taxes shown by the store before confirming payment. Larger coin packs may contain different quantities in different storefronts; the in-game offer shows the quantity before checkout. Savings compare the pack’s price per coin with the Mini pack in the same currency, not with a former sale price.

Coins are virtual game items, not money, and have no cash redemption or transfer value. Purchases are delivered after verification and successful saving. Pending or interrupted payments may take longer. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store’s process and applicable law; nothing here removes statutory refund or withdrawal rights. Any legally required consent to immediate delivery of digital content must be obtained through the applicable purchase process, not merely by these terms.

Remove Ads removes automatic ads such as banners. Voluntary rewarded ads remain available. Eligible ownership can be restored using the purchasing store account; spent or previously delivered consumable coins are not recreated by Restore Purchases. Purchases are not promised to transfer between Apple and Google accounts.

Progress and local saves

Progress and balances are stored locally. We do not provide account-based cloud synchronization or guarantee recovery after uninstalling, clearing app data, losing a device or changing devices. Operating-system backups may behave differently. See support guidance before deleting the app if a save appears missing.

Rewards and advertising

Rewarded ads are optional. A reward depends on successful completion and verification, and may be subject to displayed limits. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Network interruptions and store or advertising-service failures can delay delivery. We may adjust game-earned rewards and offers while respecting applicable rights in completed purchases.

Content and third parties

Gridora’s code, artwork, branding and other content belong to their respective rights holders. No ownership of that content transfers to you. Third-party services, stores and linked websites have their own terms. Where applicable, Apple distribution is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA, and Google distribution to Google Play’s terms.

The applicable store license governs the app license if it conflicts with these supplemental terms, subject to mandatory law. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these terms is not a substitute for any separately required privacy consent.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the game reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available. Any limitation of responsibility applies only where lawful and does not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game, legal requirements or service arrangements. We will identify revisions by the date on this page and provide notice or request agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights arising from purchases already made.
